To treat athlete’s feet, mix a cup of vinegar with eight cups of water and soak the feet in the solution for at least 15 minutes daily. Pat the feet dry with a soft towel.

Salt Soak

Salt has antimicrobial property. It helps in killing the fungus and reduces inflammation. To treat athlete’s foot, you can use either common salt or Epsom salt. Dissolve about two to three tablespoons of salt in about two quarts of water and soak your feet in the saline solution for about 15 to 20 minutes. Then wipe the feet so that they are completely dry.

Tea Tree Oil

The essential oil of tea tree has powerful anti-microbial property. Apply tea tree oil on the infected areas, three to four times a day. It provides fast relief from the fungal infection.

Black Tea Foot Soak

Baking Soda
