Mix 10 grams of fenugreek seeds powder with a glass of water. If needed, sweeten with a tablespoon of honey or maple syrup and drink it. To lower the cholesterol level in your blood, take fenugreek seed powder thrice a day.
Fenugreek Seed Tea
Using mortar and pestle crush a teaspoon of fenugreek seeds. Add a cup of boiling water and the crushed fenugreek seeds in a teapot and steep for five minutes. Strain and sweeten the tea with a tablespoon of honey or maple syrup.
Sprouted Fenugreek Seeds
Because of the high concentration of soluble fibers, germinated fenugreek seeds are best suited for lowering the high cholesterol level.
